Dr. Jessica Kassis, MD, FACOG, MSCP

With over 15 years of experience in women’s health, Dr. Jessica Kassis specializes in perimenopause / menopause management, helping women navigate the complex physical and emotional changes that occur during this stage of life. Her approach is patient-centered, focusing on personalized care and evidence-based treatments to address symptoms. After earning her BA from Middlebury College and MD from the University of Minnesota, she completed her residency at Stanford, where she later served as a clinical instructor. Dr. Kassis is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as an active member of The Menopause Society and The International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health.
Dr. Gina Woods, MD
Board-Certified in Endocrinology, Menopause Society Certified Provider, Advisor
Dr. Gina Woods is a Clinical Professor of Medicine and Director of the Osteoporosis and Preventive Bone Health Programs at UC San Diego. She is dedicated to helping women preserve bone and muscle health, prevent fractures, and manage osteoporosis, using a comprehensive approach that integrates nutrition, exercise, and medical treatments. A graduate of Drexel University College of Medicine, Dr. Woods completed her internal medicine residency and endocrinology fellowship at UC San Diego. She is board certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism, and an active member of the Menopause Society, the Endocrine Society, and the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research. Julie Bottarini, MPT/CLT
Physical Therapist with expertise in Pelvic Floor
For nearly 20 years, Julie Bottarini has been working with clients to improve their quality of life through non-invasive therapy options. She takes pride in treating her clients as people rather than simply a condition, by partnering with them in their treatment decisions. With experience in Acute Care, Acute Neurological Rehab, Hippotherapy, Orthopedics, and Neurological Rehabilitation, as well as a passion for Lymphology, Julie is able to provide a unique perspective to the practice of physical therapy. As a mother of twins, she also brings a unique focus on improving the quality of life for both children affected by pelvic floor dysfunction and women requiring pre and postpartum treatment. Julie continues to be an active member of national and international associations focused on physical therapy, lymphedema, pelvic pain, and women’s health.
Natalie Ledesma, MS, RDN, CSO, CLT
Integrative and Functional Registered Dietitian, Board-Certified in Oncology Nutrition
With over 26 years of experience as a registered dietitian nutritionist, Natalie Ledesma specializes in helping patients optimize their health and manage chronic conditions. As a board-certified specialist in oncology nutrition, she focuses on enhancing cancer therapies, minimizing treatment side effects, and improving quality of life. Natalie is passionate about the science of nutrition and how to optimize one’s health assessing diet, nutritional supplements, and functional medicine testing (laboratory analysis for gut, brain, and/or genetic imbalances). She views nutrition from an integrative and functional perspective, seeking to determine the underlying causes of various health related issues. She is the founding dietitian for the nutrition program at UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center and is a widely recognized expert with features in The New York Times and Runner’s World. Natalie earned her B.A. in Psychology from UCSD, graduating with provost honors, and her M.S. in Nutritional Sciences from San Diego State University.
Jae Berman, MS, RDN
Registered Dietitian, ACSM Health Fitness Specialist
Jae Berman blends her expertise in nutrition, exercise, and behavior change to help patients achieve powerful results. She designs personalized plans that foster a positive relationship with food and the body, addressing everything from weight management to sports performance. Jae’s background includes roles as Director of Nutrition at Apeiron, Head Coach at Habit, and Health Educator for Stanford’s DIETFITS study, and has been a personal trainer, yoga teacher and Pilates instructor for 20 years. Her specialties include nutrition for weight loss, behavior change, wellness, sports nutrition, cardiovascular nutrition, digestive disorders, eating disorders, and blood glucose control. Jae earned a master’s degree in Applied Physiology and Nutrition from Columbia University and completed her dietetic internship at UCSF Medical Center.
