Who is the membership for?
30s and 40s: Taking a Proactive Approach
Your body starts changing long before menopause. Hormones shift as early as your 30s, impacting energy levels, metabolism, sleep quality, and overall well-being. This is a key time to establish a strong foundation for long-term health. We take a preventative, personalized approach that includes comprehensive assessments of hormonal balance, cardiovascular health, inflammation, and bone strength, along with personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies to optimize well-being.
40s and 50s: Navigating Perimenopause With Hormone Experts
Perimenopause is a complex, often misunderstood transition that can last up to a decade, yet most physicians receive little training in how to diagnose or manage it. Many women struggle to find clear guidance, as traditional healthcare often treats symptoms in isolation rather than addressing the underlying hormonal transitions. Our MD-led team are specialists in midlife and hormone health, providing evidence-based care to support metabolism, sleep, mood, and sexual health, ensuring women feel their best through this transition and beyond.
50s, 60s, and Beyond: Prioritizing Well-Being Through Menopause & Post-Menopause
Menopause marks a new phase in women’s health, bringing increased risks for osteoporosis, muscle loss, cardiovascular disease, and cognitive decline. With the right medical care, many of these risks can be mitigated. We focus on long-term bone and muscle health, cardiovascular protection, metabolic optimization, and sexual wellness, ensuring that women maintain vitality and independence as they age. It’s never too late to take control of your health.
Any Stage of Life: Direct Access to Best-In-Class GYN Care
Our membership is available to women of all ages and life stages who are seeking relationship-based gynecology care. Through our membership, you’ll have direct concierge-style access to Dr. Kassis for ongoing support, routine care, and specialized guidance that’s comprehensive and personalized.
Is there a minimum commitment to the membership?
While our program is designed to be at least a one year journey, we understand the importance of finding the right fit. After a six-month minimum commitment, you’re welcome to cancel at any time.
Should I still consider the membership if I already have a primary care provider?
Our membership complements primary care by providing specialized support for hormone health, gynecology, and preventative care. We recommend keeping your PCP for general medical needs (e.g., vaccines, acute illnesses).
Do I need to be a member to see Dr. Kassis?
No! You can book individual appointments with Dr. Kassis on an as-needed basis. Pricing varies based on appointment type.
If I join the membership later, can I apply credit from past appointments towards my membership?
Yes! If you transition from fee-for-service to membership, we will apply your previous payments from the last month towards your first month’s membership fee.
Do you provide both in-person and virtual care?
Yes! Come visit us at our office located at 150 Portola Rd Ste A, Portola Valley, CA 94028. You’re also welcome to schedule a virtual appointment if that’s more convenient.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments will be charged 50% of the service total. To avoid this fee, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance—we’d much rather see you than charge you!
Do you take insurance?
We do not accept insurance directly, but we provide a superbill after your appointment so you can still seek reimbursement. The amount reimbursed depends on your out-of-network benefits. Lab work, imaging, and medications will still be covered by your insurance as usual.
