Dr. Jessica Kassis, MD, FACOG, MSCP
Board-Certified in Gynecology, Menopause Society Certified Provider
With over 15 years of experience in women’s health, Dr. Jessica Kassis is our perimenopause and menopause management specialist, helping women navigate the complex physical and emotional changes that occur during this stage of life.
Dr. Kassis is among the best menopause doctors in the Bay Area with an approach that is patient-centered, focusing on personalized care and evidence-based treatments to address symptoms.
After earning her BA from Middlebury College and MD from the University of Minnesota, she completed her residency at Stanford, where she later served as a clinical instructor.
Dr. Kassis founded Radiant Women’s Health with a team of specialists to serve the Bay Area’s wellness needs.
She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as an active member of The Menopause Society and The International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health.
Dr. Jacqueline, MD
Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Dr. Jacqueline To is a Stanford- and UCSF-trained primary care physician dedicated to relationship-centered, compassionate medicine. Board-certified in internal medicine, she brings a strong background in primary care, interprofessional team-based care, and health systems leadership. Her north star is to provide compassionate medicine and partner with her patients to navigate complex medical issues that may arise at varying stages of life. She has received numerous awards for excellence in primary care, leadership, and research, including the Stanford Firestone Medal, the Gregg Stracks Award for Leadership in Primary Care, the UCSF Alanna McKelvey Stone Compassion Award, and induction into the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
Dr. Gina Woods, MD
Board-Certified in Endocrinology, Menopause Society Certified Provider, Advisor
Dr. Gina Woods is a Clinical Professor of Medicine and Director of the Osteoporosis and Preventive Bone Health Programs at UC San Diego.
As one of our menopause and perimenopause specialists, she is dedicated to helping women preserve bone and muscle health, prevent fractures, and manage osteoporosis, using a comprehensive approach that integrates nutrition, exercise, and medical treatments.
A graduate of Drexel University College of Medicine, Dr. Woods completed her internal medicine residency and endocrinology fellowship at UC San Diego before joining the specialists at Radiant Women’s Health.
She is board-certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism, and an active member of the Menopause Society, the Endocrine Society, and the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research.

Julie Bottarini, MPT/CLT
Physical Therapist with expertise in Pelvic Floor
For nearly 20 years, Julie Bottarini has been working with clients to improve their quality of life through non-invasive therapy options.
She takes pride in treating her clients as people rather than simply a condition, by partnering with them in their treatment decisions.
Julie is one of Radiant’s dedicated women’s health specialists with experience in Acute Care, Acute Neurological Rehab, Hippotherapy, Orthopedics, and Neurological Rehabilitation, as well as a passion for Lymphology, which enables her to provide a unique perspective to the practice of physical therapy.
As one of the physical therapists in the area and a mother of twins, she brings a unique focus on improving the quality of life for both children affected by pelvic floor dysfunction and women requiring pre- and postpartum treatment.
Julie continues to be an active member of national and international associations focused on physical therapy, lymphedema, pelvic pain, and women’s health.
Natalie Ledesma, MS, RDN, CSO, CLT
Integrative and Functional Registered Dietitian, Board-Certified in Oncology Nutrition
With over 26 years of experience as a registered dietitian, Natalie Ledesma serves as the nutrition specialist at Radiant Women’s Health, helping patients optimize their health and manage chronic conditions.
As a board-certified specialist in oncology nutrition, Natalie focuses on enhancing cancer therapies, minimizing treatment side effects, and improving quality of life.
Natalie is passionate about the science of nutrition and how to optimize one’s health, assessing diet, nutritional supplements, and functional medicine testing (laboratory analysis for gut, brain, and/or genetic imbalances).
She views nutrition from an integrative and functional perspective, seeking to determine the underlying causes of various health-related issues.
The founding dietitian for the nutrition program at UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, Natalie is a widely recognized expert with features in The New York Times and Runner’s World.
Natalie earned her B.A. in Psychology from UCSD before joining our team of women’s health specialists, graduating with provost honors, and later earning her M.S. in Nutritional Sciences from San Diego State University.
Jae Berman, MS, RDN
Registered Dietitian, ACSM Health Fitness Specialist
Jae Berman is among the best menopause doctors in the Bay Area.
Jae blends her expertise in nutrition, exercise, and behavior change to help patients achieve powerful results.
As one of our menopause and perimenopause specialists, she designs personalized plans that foster a positive relationship with food and the body, addressing everything from weight management to sports performance.
Jae’s background includes roles as Director of Nutrition at Apeiron, Head Coach at Habit, and Health Educator for Stanford’s DIETFITS study, and she has also been a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and Pilates instructor for 20 years.
She is one of the multi-disciplined specialists at Radiant Women’s Health, with emphasis on nutrition for weight loss, behavior change, wellness, sports nutrition, cardiovascular nutrition, digestive disorders, eating disorders, and blood glucose control.
Jae earned a master’s degree in Applied Physiology and Nutrition from Columbia University and completed her dietetic internship at UCSF Medical Center.
Daisy Vargas

Daisy Vargas is a dedicated and highly skilled Certified Medical Assistant with 11 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Her background includes extensive experience in multi-specialty clinics, where she has demonstrated proficiency in both administrative and clinical roles.
Daisy is known for her compassionate patient care, strong organizational skills, and ability to streamline medical office operations efficiently. She is committed to ensuring a seamless patient experience while supporting our women’s health specialists with professionalism and dedication.
Sasha Pines
Head of Clinical Operations
Sasha Pines is a founding member of Radiant Women’s Health, where she oversees all aspects of practice operations and member success. She is deeply passionate about improving the standard in women’s health and helping women get the care they deserve. With extensive experience in healthcare operations, Sasha is committed to creating a seamless experience for our patients. Sasha holds her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and BA from Vanderbilt University.
Emily Powers
Head of Business Operations
Emily is a founding member of Radiant Women’s Health and responsible for running the business operations of the practice. Her background in finance and healthcare operations equips her to keep the practice running smoothly. Her personal experience navigating a fragmented healthcare system inspired a deep passion for building a better, more comprehensive solution for women. Emily holds her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and BA from Harvard.
