A New Standard for Women's Primary Care in the San Francisco Bay Area

Dr. Jacqueline To is joining Radiant Women’s Health in February, 2026 to bring concierge primary care to our Menlo Park women’s health practice.

This new offering brings primary care, gynecology, and women’s health expertise together under one membership, creating a more connected, proactive approach to long-term health.

What Makes Radiant’s Primary Care Different

Our concierge primary care model is designed for San Francisco patients who want more than rushed visits and fragmented care.

With a Radiant membership, patients can expect:

  • Longer, unrushed appointments with direct physician access
  • Proactive preventive care and evidence-based screening
  • Ongoing management of chronic conditions
  • Coordinated care across primary care, gynecology, and specialty services
  • A small patient panel that allows for continuity and responsiveness

This integrated model is especially valuable for midlife patients, where health concerns often overlap across metabolism, hormones, bone health, cardiovascular risk, and lifestyle factors.
